I sliced and diced the data a lot of ways and I think the most interesting thing to remember is that the median price for “normal” (not bank-owned, not short sales) home sales in McCormick Ranch has been flat for 5 quarters, since autumn 2010, at around $162 per square foot.

Is this the bottom? It could be. I hope it is.
