What strikes me about this home at 7436 N. Tombstone Rd in Sandpiper Scottsdale is that it is on the golf course and has great views.
It needs some updating but what a great location!
The home hit the market on November 7 at $625,000. Just 3 days later they reduced the price to $585,000 and 11 days after that it went under contract where it sold for $581,377.
That’s just 14 days on market.

Thanks for highlighting this sale in Sandpiper. The selling agent priced the house to the market and made the purchase a no-brainer for my client! Sandpiper is a very unique community and the views of the golf course are outstanding.

Dru is with John Hall & Associates and she represented the buyer of this home in Sandpiper. In addition, she represented the seller of the other home in Sandpiper I talked about in a previous post.
Oh yeah, and Dru lives in Sandpiper.

Dru and I recently discovered that we grew up in the same neighborhood in east Phoenix (52nd St & Thomas Rd) although I didn’t know her because I’m much older.
Nevertheless, we had the same 7th grade teacher, Mr. Watkins, at Orangedale Elementary School. He was my favorite teacher.
