This was a really neat house! I saw it when it was on the Realtor tour after it first hit the market. I was impressed. Phenomenal view! And it apparently impressed a lot of other people - it went under contract after just 18 days on the market.

I just noticed the agent representing the buyer was Pat Ford of Equitable. Pat and I went to Gerard High School in Phoenix together. Pat was one grade younger and his older brother Mike was one of my high school buddies. Pat’s a great guy.
