The price was a record for a non-golf course lot in Colonia Encantada. The lot, however, was unusually large. The buyer was not represented by an MLS participating agent.

You need to update your Records. That exact same unit sold again in February of 2008 for $ 1,349,000.00 … another record. The complex is THE most desireable address in McCormick Ranch and one of the top 10 in Scottsdale. The size of the units, the elegance of the grounds and the open floor plans are absolutely the finest in town. Look out PV , all the smart money is moving to Scottsdale…..
