This 3,069 square foot home with a resort style backyard in Paseo Village sold for $825,000. It was in the MLS 71 days and closed on March 16. It previously sold on October 23, 2006 for $620,000. From reading the MLS listings, I can’t distinguish any major improvements since then.
If you are planning to buy a McCormick Ranch home, please call me and let me represent you as your Realtor. It doesn’t cost you anything to get full fiduciary representation from a real estate agent. Your agent, me for example, is paid by the listing agent but according to Arizona law the buyer’s agent has a fiduciary responsibility to the buyer but not the seller. On the other hand, if a single agent represents both the buyer – you – and the seller, beware. Such an agent can not advise you on how much you should offer for the home because that would betray his dual responsibility to the seller.
