The $1,055,000 sale I reported on Thursday wasn’t sold via the MLS so there isn’t any MLS data or photos.
No problem. I drove by the home located southwest of Hayden Road and Via Linda in Vista de la Tierra and snapped this shot with the truck still unpacking.
According to Maricopa County Assessor data, the home previously sold on 9/29/06 for $530,000. Hmmm, that’s interesting. The home is not on the water.

So this home sold 9 months ago for $530K and now it sold again for double??? And I thought we were in a real estate slump…..

Well, of course they redid the whole thing and perhaps expanded it, but WOW!
